A white-label Laravel team for your agency

Spectivis builds and looks after Laravel applications for agencies, using senior Laravel engineers. You keep the client relationship and the brand. We do the engineering behind it, and you talk to the people writing the code.

When a client project needs more Laravel than you have

For agencies and studios that sell websites and software to their own clients, and sometimes need more Laravel capacity than they have in house. We do not build online shops.

  • Your team is design-led or WordPress-led

You sell the portal or dashboard. We build the Laravel app behind it.

  • A client needs Laravel for a few weeks

A fixed quote for the project, without a full hire.

  • You inherited an app from another supplier

We read it, secure access and keep it running.

  • Overflow goes to a new freelancer each time

A second team you come back to, with the same engineers.

What we take on

Mostly Laravel. We also build React and Next.js front ends, WordPress websites, API integrations and workflow automation.

  • New Laravel builds

Customer portals, dashboards, internal tools, SaaS products and admin systems, built on Laravel and kept easy for another developer to pick up.

    Web applications →

  • Websites

Multi-page sites in Next.js, React, WordPress or plain HTML, built from your design or from scratch.

    Websites →

  • API integrations and automation

Connections to the tools your client already uses, and automations that remove repeat manual work.

    Integrations →

  • Takeover of existing Laravel apps

We read the code, secure access, report on what is there and quote fixed-price catch-up work.

    Laravel app takeover →

  • Maintenance, upgrades and hosting

Updates, security patches and monitoring for $49 a month per app, upgrades to a supported Laravel release, and managed hosting from $99 a month.

  • Not e-commerce

We do not build online shops. If a project is mostly a store, we will say so early rather than take it on badly.

How white-label works

We work behind your brand. These are the points to agree before a first project, so nothing is a surprise later.

  1. 01

    Intro call

You describe the client project or the app you have inherited. We ask about scope, stack and deadline.

  2. 02

    Scope and fixed quote

You get a written scope and a fixed estimate before any work starts. If the work is open-ended, we can agree a monthly arrangement instead.

  3. 03

    Agreement

We confirm scope, price and terms in writing before any work starts.

  4. 04

    Build in short cycles

Work lands as short, reviewed pull requests with tests. You get staging access and a demo every week, so you can show your client real progress.

  5. 05

    Under your name

You decide how much contact we have with your client. We can stay fully behind the scenes, or join calls with your client when you want us there.

  6. 06

    Handover

Your client owns the repository, documentation and every account. There is no lock-in to us.

  7. 07

    Optional aftercare

Maintenance and hosting continue with the same engineers who built it.

The same prices as our direct clients

Starting prices in US dollars. Most projects take 3 to 12 weeks, and the written scope gives you a firm timeline before work starts.

Three ways to engage

Fixed price project

A fixed estimate and milestones, agreed before work starts.

Best for: builds with a defined scope

Ongoing engineering

The same engineers keep working on your client's app each cycle.

Best for: products that keep growing

Maintenance

Updates, security patches and monitoring after launch.

Best for: apps already live

Why agencies work with Spectivis

Senior Laravel engineers
You deal with the people doing the work. No account manager layer.
Laravel first
It is what we build and maintain every day, on a mainstream stack that other developers can hire for and take over.
Code your client owns
Repository, docs, data and accounts are handed over. Nothing is held back.
Progress you can show
Weekly demos, staging access and reviewed changes, so you always know where a project stands.
Fixed quotes
You know the cost before the work starts.
One team from build to run
The engineers who build the app can also maintain and host it, so nothing gets lost at handover.

Agency questions

Client contact, ownership, time zones and what we do not build. Something not covered here? Ask us directly.

Will our client know you are involved?

That is up to you. You decide how much contact we have with your client. We can stay fully behind your brand, or join calls with your client if you want that.

Do you sign an NDA?

We do not require one for most projects. If your agency or your client needs one, we can arrange it before work starts.

Where is Spectivis based, and how do we work across time zones?

Spectivis is registered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and the team works remotely. Our working hours fully overlap UK business hours, and you get a demo every week so nobody waits to see progress.

Who owns the code?

Your client does. You get the repository, documentation and every account from day one, so there is no lock-in to Spectivis.

Can you take over a Laravel app another supplier built?

Yes. We read the code and server first, secure access, and send a written report with a fixed quote for any catch-up work.

See Laravel app takeover →

Do you build e-commerce stores?

No. We build web applications, portals, integrations and brochure or content websites, but not online shops. If a project is mostly a store, we will tell you early rather than take it on badly.

Do agencies get different prices?

No. Agencies pay the same prices as direct clients, in US dollars: websites from $500, web applications from $1,500, maintenance at $49 a month per app and managed hosting from $99 a month.

Do you use AI tools on client code?

Yes. The team uses Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT as part of its workflow, and every change still goes through a reviewed pull request with tests.

Have a client project that needs a Laravel team?

Tell us what you are working on, the deadline and the stack. We reply within 24 hours with questions and, if it is a fit, a written scope and a fixed estimate.
