Custom integrations and workflow automation

We connect the tools your business runs on, from CRMs and accounting to payments and spreadsheets, whatever they are built with. Custom code you own, AI where it helps, and a fixed quote before any work starts.

Custom integrations that remove busywork

Our API integration services connect the tools a business already pays for, so records move on their own instead of being retyped. Each integration gets its own fixed quote.

What we connect

Most projects start with double entry. Staff copy figures from one tool into another, paste order data into spreadsheets, or wait on overnight exports that arrive stale. Each copy drifts, and nobody trusts the numbers.

We connect CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce to accounting tools such as Xero and QuickBooks. We also connect payments through Stripe, stores through Shopify, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and the custom software a business already runs on. Any tool with an API, a webhook, or a reliable export can take part.

A frequent request is to connect CRM to accounting, so a deal marked won creates the invoice without retyping. The same pattern moves orders from Shopify into the finance sheet, or routes new leads into the CRM with an owner assigned.

How a project runs

Every project starts with a free workflow review. We map how work moves between your tools today, then send a fixed quote for each integration before any code is written. You own the code, the docs, and the accounts from day one.

Integrations work on any stack. Your systems may be built on Node.js, Python, .NET, WordPress, a SaaS tool, or an older in-house app, and we write the connecting code in the language that fits that setup. When the job grows into a full build, we build custom web applications on Laravel.

We add AI steps only where a fixed rule falls short, such as reading invoices and emails, sorting requests, or drafting replies. Every AI step has clear rules, and anything uncertain goes to a person on your team for review.

After launch

Connected tools change their APIs, so we offer optional monthly monitoring with the integration. We watch every run, get alerted when one fails, and fix it before your team notices.

If the integration feeds a Laravel app, our Laravel maintenance plan keeps that app updated and watched for a fixed $49 a month. If the app needs a server too, our managed hosting runs it from $99 a month with the care plan included.

When automation is not worth it

Some tasks should stay manual. If a job takes a few minutes a month, the integration costs more than it saves. If Zapier or Make already handles a simple flow, we say so.

Custom code earns its place where a workflow has branches, retries, and large volumes. It handles errors properly, it is version-controlled and tested, and there is no per-task fee. Ask for a free workflow review and we will tell you plainly whether your job is worth building.

Where automation helps

Busy teams lose time to repeated data entry, status checks, and handoffs. We focus on the parts of a process that should happen the same way every time.

Real-world workflow automation

We connect events, business rules, and the systems your team uses. This example follows one overdue invoice from detection to assignment without a chain of manual handoffs.

01

Signals and rules

The workflow watches for useful events in your systems and starts the right next step when a rule matches.

02

Context-aware actions

Use the information already in your systems to create a useful task, update a record, or send a timely message.

03

CRM routing

Qualify an incoming request, update the record, and assign the next task to the right person.

04

A connected workflow

A practical pipeline from an incoming signal to the next assigned action, with the right checks along the way.

Built on the tools you already use

We connect the tools your team already uses and automate repeatable work. When AI helps, we add it where it is useful, with clear rules and human review.

Connected workflows
Connect isolated tools into a clear, dependable workflow. We automate the handoffs between your CRM, files, email, and other systems so your team spends less time moving data.
Secure integrations
Add new capabilities without replacing the systems that already work, with access scoped to only what each integration needs.
Purpose-built automation
Off-the-shelf software cannot cover every business rule. We build focused automation for work such as lead routing, invoice processing, reporting, and data updates.

Integration questions

What an integration costs, what we can connect and how it keeps running. Something not covered here? Ask us directly.

How much does an API integration cost?

Each integration is quoted on its own. We start with a free workflow review, map how the work moves between your tools today, and send a fixed quote before any code is written.

Which tools can you connect?

Anything with an API, a webhook or a reliable export: CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, accounting tools like Xero and QuickBooks, payments like Stripe, stores like Shopify, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and the custom software your business already runs on.

Do you only work with Laravel apps?

No. Integrations work with whatever your systems are built on, whether that is Node.js, Python, .NET, WordPress, a SaaS tool or an older in-house app. We write the connecting code in the language that fits your setup.

Why custom code instead of Zapier or Make?

No-code tools are great for simple tasks, but they get expensive per task, hard to debug and fragile once a workflow has branches, retries and large volumes. Custom code handles errors properly, is version-controlled and tested, and you own it outright.

How do you use AI in automations?

Only where it does a job better than a fixed rule, such as reading invoices and emails, sorting requests or drafting replies. Every AI step has clear rules, and anything uncertain goes to a person on your team for review.

Where does the integration run?

On your systems or on ours. If you already have servers or a cloud account, we deploy there. If not, we run it on our own infrastructure.

What happens when a connected tool changes its API?

Integrations break when vendors change things, so we offer optional monthly monitoring, quoted with the integration. We watch every run, get alerted when one fails and fix it before your team notices.

Do we own the code?

Yes. The code, the documentation and the accounts are yours, so you can change who maintains it at any time.

How do you handle access to our data?

We ask for the narrowest access each integration needs, use separate API keys you can revoke at any time, and keep credentials out of the code.

Have a workflow worth fixing?

Show us the process your team repeats every week. We'll tell you what's worth automating and what isn't.
