Custom web applications, built around your work

We design and build web applications for businesses: customer portals, internal tools and SaaS products. Each one starts from how your team works, with a clear interface, the integrations you rely on, and code you own.

Web applications for real work

Customer portals, internal dashboards, SaaS products and the integrations between them, built on Laravel and kept easy to change.

Laravel backends

Business rules, permissions and background work in a clean Laravel codebase: queues for slow jobs, policies for who can do what, and tests around the parts that matter.

App-like interfaces

React with Inertia gives your team an interface that feels like an app, without a separate API to maintain. Tables, filters and dashboards people can work in all day.

APIs and integrations

Documented APIs for your mobile app or partners, and connections to the tools you already use, such as Stripe, HubSpot or Xero.

Database design

Data models planned up front, with migrations, indexes and constraints, so reports stay fast and the data stays correct as you grow.

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with teams, roles and Stripe subscriptions, with each customer's data kept separate.

Rebuilding older apps

Moving an old PHP or Laravel app onto a current version one piece at a time, while the existing system keeps running.

From first call to production

A typical nine-week build. Every phase ends with something you can read, click or run, not a status update.

  1. 01Weeks 1–2

    Discovery and architecture

We map the business rules, the people who use the system and the data it holds. You get a written scope and an estimate before any application code is written.

  2. 02Weeks 2–3

    Interface design

Key screens are designed and clicked through with the people who will use them, so changes happen while they are still cheap.

  3. 03Weeks 3–8

    Build in short cycles

Work lands as small pull requests with tests and static analysis. Every change gets a preview, and you see a demo every week.

  4. 04Week 9

    Launch and handover

We deploy behind health checks and watch the first days of real traffic. You own the repository, the documentation and every account.

Ways to work together

Choose a scoped build, ongoing engineering, or the $49 a month Laravel maintenance plan once your app is live.

Project delivery

New builds with a defined scope

End-to-end engineering for one application, from the first schema to the production deploy, delivered against agreed milestones.

  • Free written scope and fixed estimate
  • Milestone-based delivery
  • Weekly demos and previews
  • QA and security review before launch

Ongoing engineering

Products that keep growing

The same people stay on as the product grows. We plan the work with your team and ship fixes and improvements every cycle.

  • Planned work in short cycles
  • A direct line to the engineers
  • Capacity that scales up or down
  • No hiring or onboarding overhead

Laravel maintenance

Apps already in production

A fixed $49 a month for upkeep after launch, from the team that already knows how the app works.

  • Minor Laravel, PHP and package updates
  • Monthly security audit
  • Same-day security patches
  • Uptime, queue and error monitoring

Web application questions

What a build costs, how long it takes and what you get at the end. Something not covered here? Ask us directly.

How much does a custom web application cost?

It depends on the scope. We start with discovery and send you a free written scope and a fixed estimate before any application code is written, so you know the cost before you commit.

How long does it take to build a web application?

Most first versions ship in 6 to 12 weeks. Larger platforms take longer, and you get a timeline with the estimate.

Why do you build on Laravel?

Laravel is a mature, widely used PHP framework with built-in tools for sign-in, permissions, background jobs, billing and testing. That means less custom plumbing, faster delivery and an app that plenty of developers can maintain if you ever move on.

Do we own the code?

Yes. You own the repository, the documentation and every account from day one, so you are never locked in.

What do you use for the front end?

Usually React with Inertia, so the interface feels like an app while Laravel handles routing, authentication and data. If your product already has Node.js services or a MongoDB database, we work with those too.

How do we see progress during the build?

Work lands as small pull requests with tests, every change gets a preview link, and you see a demo every week.

Can you build a SaaS product with subscriptions?

Yes. We build multi-tenant products with teams, roles and Stripe subscriptions, with each customer's data kept separate.

Can you work on an existing Laravel app?

Yes. We take on apps built by other teams, add features or rebuild the parts that hold you back, one piece at a time while the app keeps running.

What happens after launch?

You can keep us on for ongoing engineering, or move to the Laravel maintenance plan at a fixed $49 a month for updates, security patches and monitoring.
